Will Fred Luntsford Change his Vote?

This rumor has been floating around the county for a while now and it appears it may be true. According to Friday's Coalfield he's going to change his vote to stop 2-1. Dr. Perry is threatening to close Appalachia and Pound in response to this. The saga continues.

Not a rumor. He's publicly stated that he is going to change his vote.

I seem to be a bit lost and need to be clued in here.
The vote was already taken to dedicate $X to the schools. How can he 'undo' the vote?

Apparently, they have to vote to raise the debt ceiling and if they don't do that, then it effectively kills the 2-1 consolidation for lack of funding. Also, rumor is going around that Shortt is going to do the same thing. What was happening was that Luntsford was waiting on the SB to vote to construct the school gym since the money has already been appropriated, then he was going to change his vote. It seems he actually had them by the balls and they thought they liked it.

Interesting.

Doesn't matter where you stand on the consolidation issue in my opinion, it's still wrong to blackmail someone into voting a certain way which is basically what had happened to Luntsford. I'm glad things have change so that he can now do a little "getting back".
